Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at habonmohamed759@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2-3 business days.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
