PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is
confirmed.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after processing.

WHERE WE SHIP FROM
Our products are shipped directly from our supply partners'
facilities in Asia. This keeps our prices low, and it means
delivery takes longer than domestic retail.

SHIPPING COSTS
Calculated at checkout based on your address. The total you see at
checkout is the total you pay — no hidden fees.

TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Tracking can
take 3-5 business days to become active.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders may be subject to import duties depending on your country.
These are not included in our prices.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, email
